  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery within Pakistan typically takes 3–7 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time on selected products or order values.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available).

  • You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Style Studio is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays or additional shipping charges may occur. Style Studio will not be liable for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Failed Deliveries

If a customer is unavailable to receive the package or does not respond to courier delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or an item is missing, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
